Mr. Edward McCaffrey, Managing Director, has been a general contractor in the New York Metropolitan Area for over 30 years. In that time he has successfully completed large contracts for all facets of the Federal, State and Local governments of the region, as well as the private sector.

Mr. David R Caudle, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. His expertise is in sales/business/consultant with 30 years of experience in developing new venture companies and holding titles of sales manager and President respectively. Involved in all phases of the marketing processes and a background in developing long-term business relationships, proven ability to acquire new business, and skill in positively affecting bottom line profits.

Mr. Michael Safarian, Chief Engineer, is a nuclear engineer. His expertise is in all types of renewable, waste-to-energy and energy storage technologies. He has been involved in this field for over 25 years.
